Sociology Research - Introduction New

"Research is to see what everybody else has seen, and to think what nobody else has thought"

Albert Szent-Gyorgyi

Sociology is a discipline that is updated every single day with the help of sociology research methods, or in other words social research methods. Sociology consists of numerous theories and they provide the basic information to the researchers regarding a social event. Afterwards, researchers use distinct sociology research methods and tools to guide them towards collecting data. For example, social change is an ineveitable process, and through research sociologists tend to identify the social problems that may arise due to future changes that occur within society. Through such identifications, future issues can be avoided or dealt with in a healthy manner. In other words, social change can be planned through social research. It is a known fact that social change is usually good for society. But, there are certain changes that may have negative affects on the society as a whole. So, when sociologists come to identify dangerous social changes through social research, they take actions to "change" future social changes and avoide such problems from affecting the society.

The following are few topics that are widely studied as contents of Sociology Research, by sociology students worldwide.
